Westin Kuala Lumpur is the first Starwood brand hotel I stayed in Malaysia, which was like almost 2 years back, but yet I only take photos of it during my last Kuala Lumpur trip during December 2011.
Service is still good, check in is still fast and although my stay was kinda messed up due to their poor front desk for not checking my reservation properly, but since it’s past so long, I am lazy to talk about it here. Those interested can go find my complaints at Trip Advisor.
Since this room is the Premium room, which is actually the same as their normal room, just that it have a nicer view aka facing Pavilion. Which is good too so that I can check out the traffic in Jalan Bukit Bintang is bad or not before I go and get my car.
Oh and as usual, the bed is nice, and you still need to pay for the internet. That’s what my tethering for.
The bath room is quite big.

After the Petaling Street trilogy, it’s time for a Penang trilogy, hence here the third post of food in Perak Road wet market. This time, the Nasi Lemak I am introducing is something I first ate when I was still in kindergarten, but then it’s been years, since I last pay them a visit.
The special yellow curry chicken here is the single thing I miss most for the past 10 years. I always wanted to come back for this, but since my house was an hour far from where it was (in the past la), which means I need to wake up really early for it had stopped me to do so. The pain in the ass in finding a car park does not helps too.
However, the lovely curry still always appear in my mind. It’s very different from normal curry as it’s more towards sweet rather than spicy, but I just love it. Ever since my grandparents introduce this place to me 10++ years ago, I had become 1 of their most loyal customer, and every time I am here, I will surely take as many pieces of chicken as I can and go back happily.

Nasi Lemak stalls are everywhere, as almost anyone who can cook can simply set up a small stall by the road. Basically no set up cost is needed, since one can use their house dining table for the stall, plates for putting the dishes, and most important, usually just a few dish will suffice. However, it’s very rare that these types of stall will success as usually they won’t have enough business and hence enough revenue to cover their cost of cooking materials. I don’t know if it’s because their cooking sucks, or did they think that it’s really so easy to simply just set up 1 stall in front of their house and expect customers to fly in.
HOWEVER, there is this 1 stall, just outside Cinta Sayang Golf & Country resort, whose business is really growing rapidly. Initially, they are also just another nasi lemak stall by the road side, but their business boom in just 1 year ++ and from just 1 more stall, it became something like this.
Amazingly, all their workers are also wearing uniforms! How professional! Besides uniform, this nasi lemak stall is clean too especially if you compare to their competitors. Well, sometimes I do think, referring them as a stall might be a bit underestimating them, but it’s ain’t a restaurant either.
